Area Marketing Manager

The Specialty Marketing Coordinator will represent the affiliate in the community (both online and in-person, by promoting oral surgery specialist and services in order to increase referrals from referring general dentists and secure new business from non-referring practices.
Minimum Hiring Requirements
-Associated Degree in Marketing or Business, or equivalent experience.
-One to three years in DENTAL.
-Proven track-record of building relationships in a B2B environment.
-Familiarity with specialty dentistry highly desired.
-Excellent verbal and written communication and organizational skills required.
-Must have current, valid driver’s license.
-Develop and Coordinates marketing activities to maintain exists and increase potential specialty referral relationships.
-Functions as the primary sales and marketing contact for referring general practices, developing a pipeline of referring practices
-Acts as a liaison with both doctors and their staff to improve communication and understanding of the needs and wants of the referring practices and actively remove any barriers.
-In conjunction with the Operations team, develops measurable goals and objectives as they relate to existing and potential referrals.
-Conducts and tracks marketing visits to referral sources and coordinates follow up as required.
-Facilitates meetings for Doctors with referral sources and coordinates “lunch and learns” to discuss clinical offerings
-Works with ADP to acquire CE units as necessary for educational opportunities offered.
-Develops and maintains referral trend reports.
-Develops and maintains social media with professional and positive image. Digital Assistance as necessary.

-Demonstrated motivation, creativity, and flexibility
-Computer skills, knowledge of advanced office applications, and social media savvy.
-Expected to travel throughout the Greater Sacramento Area frequently
Essential Physical Demands
The physical demands of this job require constant visual and auditory requirements and sitting, periodic keying an mouse input, standing, walking, simple grasping, bending, squatting, kneeling, writing, pushing, pulling, reaching above and below the shoulder level. Working conditions are predominately a normal office environment with little to no exposure to environmental hazards. Reliable means of transportation required.
