Position Summary:

Lead Generation Representative -Affiliations Team

 

We are looking for a self-motivated individual that can thrive in a fast-paced environment to help continue Heartland Dental's growth. The Lead Generation Representative is the primary source of inorganic growth for the largest dental support organization in the country. Heartland is backed by KKR and is well capitalized in order to continue its rapid growth. Our network has evolved to include over 2,700 doctors in over 1,700 locations across 38 states. We are looking for professional, motivated individuals who are open, positive and mentally flexible to join our network of support.

 

Help Heartland Dental grow by attracting and affiliating with successful dental practices, owners, and their teams. The Lead Generation Representative will be focused on origination and deal sourcing initiatives for Heartland. This individual will be responsible for proactive outreach to reactivations, net new and 3rd parties to bolster pipeline development. Components of this role will include, data management, CRM utilization, Business Development Representative support, and event execution.

Below is an overview of the duties and responsibilities associated with this position:

 

  • Focus on sourcing new affiliation leads from all areas and channels (owner, broker, CPA, )
  • Generate leads for the company through datamining and cold calling efforts
  • Work closely with business development team to generate and qualify new leads
  • Continuously cultivate and maintain positive relationships with sources for lead generation
  • Ability to identify and qualify the key aspects of a potential lead, understanding key attributes for success
  • Help develop targeted approach to new and existing markets in which we have a presence to drive growth
  • Manage and maintain prospect database (CRM) ensuring accuracy and integrity
  • Meet regular quotas for calls and qualified leads
  • Work strategically to find opportunities to help our company grow, while also continuously improving the role to enhance performance across the team
  • Partner with 3rd party companies to engage and drive deal flow
  • Actively participate and represent Heartland in trade shows, dental conferences, and other third party events focused on dental owners for lead generation and visibility of the company
  • Stay in frequent contact with existing and past owners to uncover opportunities
  • Maintains prospect information/tracking data and provide input to other company pipeline systems
  • Track outbound activity and prospects in internal CRM as well as update and leverage CRM to assist identifying priority targets
  • Cross departmental collaboration to increase deal flow

Minimum Requirements: 

  • Bachelor's degree

  • 2 years+ of experience in customer service industry

  • Work well within a team as we are focused on winning together
  • Self motivated and driven to achieve goals
  • Ability to cold-call and to answer telephone calls and communicate information
  • Ability and flexibility to travel at least quarterly
  • Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Periodically work outside of normal working hours
  • Ability to interact with co-workers in a collegial manner to accomplish common tasks
  • Pipeline builder - driver- enforcer and ability to respectfully challenge the team
  • Advanced communication skills, both verbal and non-verbal
  • Bachelor's degree

 Desirable Qualifications:

  • Experience in data managementm recruiting or call center experience
  • Strong computer skills, including experience with the Microsoft Suite and CRM

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
